Hello! I'm a software engineer based in Washington state and open to relocating, with a Computer Science MSc from Western Washington University (June 2026). I recently finished a year at SPIE on their Digital Library, where I defined the React and TypeScript stack, built the component library, and refactored C#/ASP.NET MVC backends.

My research focuses on cybersecurity, specifically adversarial DNS exfiltration detection and evasion using machine learning techniques. I'm exploring how attackers can mimic benign traffic during DNS Exfiltration to evade Intrusion Detection Systems. Our paper on this work was presented at ACNS 2026.

Most of my time now goes to full-stack work: I build and run Broken Alidade, the literary journal founded by my wife. I wrote its Go, HTMX, and Templ platform, including its shipped submission funnel and editorial back office, which the editorial team uses in alpha.
